Defective or Damaged Products

Wrong Products
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or cancellations due to change of mind, as our products are manufactured based on customer specifications and safety requirements. Please confirm your order details carefully before purchase.
Return Conditions
Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped at the customer’s expense within 14 days of return approval. Products that have been used, modified, or installed will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
